Hey Kim I'm really sorry that the dress did not work out for y'all .as far as the glitter I didn't ever see one speck of glitter come off of that dress even when I was packaging it. If I had I would never have sold it. It didn't seem itchy when I wore it but your mom being older anyway I'm sorry it didn't work.
