There was no crease in the handbag when I mailed it and it took exceptionally long for it to be delivered and reviewed. I’m not sure what happened in the mailing/receiving process but please refer to my original post/pics. There’s absolutely no crease. I’m sorry you’re unhappy with your purchase. I’d be more than happy to buy the bag back off you if you list it.

@mbutcher570 It did take exceptionally long for the package to be delivered. USPS incorrectly showed the package was delivered to my house. I reported the missing package to the po and to Poshmark. It was found at my local post office after several days. I put tissue paper in the handbag to get the crease out but after several days, I realized that it wasn't going to smooth out due to the leather being "hardened" into place for quite some time. There was absolutely a crease.
