classycozycool Hey there. The leggings you purchased are supposed to fit snug and flare at the bottom. They are leggings - Not Baggy Pants. They are meant to fit stretchy and tight to the body. I'm a size 14 and wear size Large in these. Please consider changing that review, as I sent you a brand new beautiful item, just as described. Thank you and have a nice evening.
