pink_vibes Hello! Just wanted to tell you thank you again for purchasing, I was told you hadn't received the crewneck, i'm sorry about that! USPS handles shipping and I have no control over the delivery of the item unfortunately. That being said, I just wanted to ask if you would be willing to change the 1 star rating you left because you didnt receive it? I did everything in my power to get it to you asap, unfortunately USPS didnt deliver on their part! Hope you're loving Posh besides that mishap! 😊

Unfortunately once package is in USPS possession we have no control over deliveries. Ive contacted Poshmark to assist, hopefully they can help. candicemc13 Hello!! I just wanted to send a note since I saw your note on the rating you left. I’m so sorry you never received the package. I wish there was something I could do but once it’s in USPS hands, it’s totally out of my control :( It does show it was delivered though, so I’m hoping you did end up getting it at some point. I do everything I can to ship orders within a day or two. I really hope you reconsider your 1-star rating, it does negatively impact me. If not, I understand. Happy new year!

rjp96 I have contacted Poshmark Support. On my end it shows your package delivered. I mailed it 7 days ago. I included photos showing shipped & delivered. Hoping it’s resolved soon.
