@kabeauty Hey girl unfortunately i was looking at the lipstick and it looks like it has the tiny white hair on it. I just want to see what you want to do. I reached out to the jaclyn customer service to see if they can send me a new one. Are you ok with the white hair or do you want to wait and see if they will send a new one and i can send you that one instead. Im so sorry for the inconvenience.

@kabeauty im not sure if you heard about what happened at her factory. These lipsticks are still safe but im just not sure if you care or not let me know what you want me to do. I can take the hair off and ship it tomorrow or i can wait and see what customer service says. I just want to be honest with you so you are aware
