shorestyles2 PS Poshmark, and all the apps, take your money immediately but when you are due a refund, they take their time. Sellers don’t get paid until the item is a accepted. And don’t accept a Poshmark credit ( unless you can use it ).

quintessa99 I have the Claim open ...which says "Pending" I guess I have no choice but to contact my credit card company with a inquiry/dispute since I have not heard from any Customer Service at Poshmark...I will additionally look into ways to contact them via email, etc....seemingly unbelievable poor support here at Poshmark...not your fault... but very bad for the overall business if they are this bad at Customer support... its a bad sign for Buyers if they don't resolve problems when they occur...
