kaydeel Hello, Kimberly! I am sorry to hear about the shoes!! I cleaned them myself prior to sending, and they were in mint condition. I see you marked some ways in which I could improve, and just wanted to see how the item wasn’t described, how I could’ve shipped them faster (they went out less than 24 hours after your purchase), or how I could’ve responded any sooner?

kimberlymcdo336 @kaydeel I don't understand what happened with the heel caps. They just disintegrated when I tried the shoes on. They also say size 8 on the bottom so they're too small for me. I was just going to put new heel caps on because I really wanted them but... no reason since they're too small. I have no hard feelings, just disappointed. What should we do? Thank you, Kimberly
