nicole6232 I’m so sorry I had to cancel your order for the makeup organizer. I asked my husband to wash and package it up for me while I worked and he used a cleaner that eroded the acrylic. :( I feel horribly about this.

They generally hold your payment until the order is received by the buyer. In this case, they should just return/refund. Again, so sorry!
