kfheger @staceypollock5 hey there, the bundle I purchased showed up today but there was a $70 postage owed so they wouldn’t leave it unless I paid for it. I’m not sure that I should be responsible for that. I paid shipping already so I’m just a little confused.

staceypollock5 @kfheger I've contacted Poshmark to let them know what's going on. I should hear back from them soon. I'm so sorry this has happened. I'm just as confused bc this has never happened to me either. I'm definitely working on the issue though, so I'll be back in touch very soon.

staceypollock5 @kfheger . If the buyer does not want to delay getting their item, we kindly ask that they please accept the order and pay the additional postage fees. Then, send us a photo of their receipt and we would be happy to reimburse them the additional postage fees in Posh Credits! If they do not want to pay the additional postage fees, we understand! Please have them refuse the package and it will be sent back to the seller, who will need to repackage the item properly and request a new shipping.

kfheger @staceypollock5 for $70 though?! That’s insane! I was not at home at the time it was delivered (I was at work) so my brother had to call me to ask what to do. He didn’t have the money to pay for it & I couldn’t do anything in that moment so the postal lady took it back which I guess means I rejected it... so they are sending it back to you I guess.
