Hi, about the blacktop with embellishments, the fabric content is 100% rayon, and the measurement from the shoulder to the bottom is about 27 1/2 inches long I am from armpit to armpit is 20 1/2 inches long. I hope that helps you and have a great week! Stephanie 🌷🌷
