kswallowdeskins Hi! I’m sorry to report that the post office is returning the necklace I purchased back to you. The address is correct and this is a high rise building with hundreds of condos. They said it was vacant!! Any way you can send it through UPS? We get our UPS packages without issue. Thank you

kswallowdeskins @lzmccall hi... not sure if you received my post but my necklace is being returned to you. They marked our address as vacant. This is a high rise with more than 300 condos. I’m not sure why they called it vacant but we always get packages if you mail them through UPS. What are our next steps? Thank you

lzmccall @kswallowdeskins Oh my gosh! I’m not sure what to do next. I’ll contact the help team. I don’t think I can use UPS as I do not believe that they have a contract with them. I’ll as the questions and let you know what I find out. 👍🏼

Poshmark notified me that you could cancel it and be refunded if you like. Please let me know as soon as possible and I will get it back out in the mail hopefully to a better address. Thanks 😃

kswallowdeskins @lzmccall .. it hasn’t changed but I added Celadon Resort. I emailed them back this morning. I just made another purchase on posh and I received it! Yay I also spoke directly with our mail carrier so she knows now.

lzmccall @kswallowdeskins Good morning, I just checked again with the help desk via email and they say that they are still waiting on you for an address update. Did you receive an email from them perhaps? Maybe if you reach out to them on your side it’ll get them moving. The only other option would be to cancel and refund the order. 🤷🏻‍♀️
