beehappymarket Hi Kristi. We just received your rating and comments. Can you please elaborate to help us understand your comments? Cleanliness (This, as all our items, was washed the day it was shipped), Ship Time (Purchased 10/13 9:03 PM. We Shipped the next day and it was delivered by priority mail within 3 days), Packaging (We ship clothing wrapped in tissue paper and then packaged in water tight packaging), Seller Responsiveness …we have no idea what this could possible mean.

jaysaddiction Hi Kristi, further to my note I have to write that I cannot imagine what you found unclean - the item is brand new, stored in tissue in a clean storage bin. Even so, I lint rolled it/reviewed for strings, rewrapped in fresh tissue &rafia string w/a thank you sticker. Because of publicly-announced delays with USPS, I used a USPS padded envelope instead of my usual poly mailer. You listed other issues which I don't understand either, but would appreciate clarification. Best regards, J

beehappymarket Thanks for explaining your comments were made in error. But you don’t believe you made 2 different & separate purchases from us? We received low 2 offers from you on 9./13 @ 6:48 AM & 6:58 AM. We didn’t accept at that point but instead messaged you a couple of times advising if you bundled the 2 items-you could save on shipping. When we didn’t hear back at by 9:02 & 9:03 PM, 14 hours later we accepted the offers. If someone else has access to your account- contact Poshmark IMMEDIATELY!

beehappymarket @kristi_jarrett Hmmm…..trying to figure it out and offer some suggestions. it’s concerning. I see 1 of the messages that we sent you about bundling up further in this thread…6 days ago. I would suggest changing your password too. Also, can you look back to your emails on 10/13 and see the confirmation from Poshmark of the purchases? That would have been a big red flag right then. Check your emails and see if it’s there. Can you contact Poshmark?

If I can return the shirt to u and exchange for something else cool but I cannot wear this huge shirt and not sure why I even received it. I do not want it and will refuse it or something but I’m not happy and have spent lots of money and don’t return things.

beehappymarket @kristi_jarrett For both tops flat lay measurements are in pics. ABERC is a blousy airy fit per the descript- not form fitting if that's what you wanted. So sorry but we provide pics of measurements for buyers to use to guage fit before buying. PM terms say they don't approve exchanges or returns for fit-as you're saying. You can submit a return request directly w/PM -they are the deciding factor. PM sets the rules, as a seller we have to abide by that.

beehappymarket @kristi_jarrett Dorry, but we are just advising you as to what Poshmark rules are since you seemed unfamiliar with them. I am not sure that you understand that the rules…are not those of the sellers. Again, you are free to open a return case with Poshmark. In fact, encourage it. PM makes the rules and they will make the final decision on your request. Threatening and bashing other Poshers is also against Poshmark terms. Have a blessed day.

I haven’t had any issues until now and will not use Poshmark any longer so what do I care if it’s Against rules as this is America snd should be able to return something if it is not as described or fits. I won’t waste my money any longer!!!! You ate by trying make it tight just in defense which yo me Mesha you don’t care and are guilty of bad business. Ty

kristi_jarrett @beehappymarket that is concerning bc I’m not awake at 6 anything in the morning. So it couldn’t have been me. My bank sent an email at that time and date of unusual activity so I will make a complaint with my bank concerning these charges and will cancel my card and stop ordering through poshmark. Other companies are much better and no issues!!

kristi_jarrett As I already said- the shirt has grown on me after trying it on many times and I can deal with it .. Ty for your time and refiners even though I think you need work in good customer service to go above and beyond. I think im over online shipping now but ty as I love the tunic and the other bohemian shirt I have grown to like.

jaysaddiction @kristi_jarrett I really appreciate your response - feedback is really important as I build my business and I am so careful and fastidious about getting a great product to all my customers. Poshmark impresses upon its sellers to create a great experience so it was distressing to see all those items checked off as needing improvement. I can attest that most sellers, especially established ones, are trying very hard to give customers a 5-star experience.
