ulaw11 I shipped that green dress you bought 10 days ago but it hasn't started tracking yet. We had 2 snow storms hit and USPS is not picking up and delivering mail in my area. I'm really sorry. I tried my best to resolve the issue. That package is somewhere. I hope that you will get a nice surprise in the mail in a few weeks. This is so frustrating!

ulaw11 @kgoodwillie I did inform customer service and though I had until the 10th. I went to the post office again yesterday to see if I can get any help and was hoping the item can start tracking. And then I noticed the order got cancelled. I just wanted you to be aware of what happened. I should've let you know sooner. I think I was so mad I wasn't thinking straight.
