annmoran888 Hi, I’m not sure if you have to pick up your package or if it’s delivered. Tracking says it went to your house on the 22nd but then says it was given to someone for final delivery?? You may want to look at tracking 😁

1365978 Hi, I haven't received it yet and won't until beginning of April. I live in Canada and use a US address then they ship it to me. Usually I get a notification of delivery so I know to accept it in posh mark. Didn't get the notification this time for some reason but I did accept it in posh mark.

zep0601 Hi you left me a one star on the eek platter which was wrapped in numerous layers of bubble wrap. You didn’t even contact me.. the item was insured so I am unsure why you wouldn’t contact me and send me pictures so I could put in a shipping claim but you went and just gave me one star.

1365978 I already sent you a message saying that I live in Canada and don't have the mugs. I use a forwarding company and have to accept the package from customs and couldn't do that because you sent me the wrong items. I have to show them my posh mark purchase to prove what the contents of the package are and couldn't do that because my purchase was not was in the box so the package was abandoned. I will contact Posh Mark and explain the situation later today.
