Sorry to hear about the box! When o wrapped it up it was intact. Not sure what happened along the way (have had boxes come to me that way too so I feel you) but I’m glad the bag wasn’t stolen!

@mizbohemia No problem. The box looked like it was opened from the bottom with the tape gapping away from it and I was afraid the purse was done. I very happy the purse was still inside too!

@k_kelly me too! Please know that is NOT how I had wrapped it! I’m having issues with USPS myself ( mail being misdelivered, not delivered at all, delivered damaged) and missed a few credit card payments because of it last month (never received the mail). A Citi cards agent told me they’re getting such complaints nationwide and to follow through by reporting it to USPS. I do the best I can on my end but when the package leaves my hands it’s no longer up to me what happens to it.

@mizbohemia I definitely didn’t think you packed it like that and figured it was carrier. We’ve never had an issue until this package so must be uncaring USPS employees somewhere along the route. Just super happy we didn’t have to go through filing a claim and all that business! Aha, was lucky and the purse is as you described👍 Thank you so much! Gonna give to my niece as a gift.

@k_kelly You are very kind thank you! Yes, I think you have up to 30 days to edit a rating. You probably have to go to your purchases and then click on the appropriate field of the item... I DO appreciate your understanding and I definitely have taken your experience to heart. The idea of you potentially having had the bag stolen through the package being beat up has me mortified and I plan to use soooo much tape around my boxes moving forward! ❤️

But, rest assured, your package was mailed out on Sat afternoon, & you should definitely receive a tracking # by tomorrow. 👍🏻😃

@k_kelly Yes, even though I’d already marked your package as shipped on the Posh App, they seem to always not pay any attention to that, & they still send out reminder emails. It’s actually confusing, cause shouldn’t they know that I’d marked it as shipped on Saturday? But, they do that for whatever reason. Rest assured, it was absolutely mailed out on Saturday. I hope you’ll receive it very soon. 👍🏻😊
