Hi Sandy, I also got a message from posh mark saying to check with the post office. I have a post office box but haven't received a weird message like that before. I checked my PO box tonight and no earrings:(

...but I did have a note today in my PO box that said there was an item too large for my box...that doesn't sound like earrings but is there any chance they were packaged in a box or package bigger than a PO box? That could be it then?? Sorry this is not going smoothly and thanks for reaching out:)

@kwalla78 well if it is not to much trouble maybe you can check with your post office and see if indeed the package is there and is to large for your p.o. box I'm truly sorry I would have tried to put it in a smaller box had I known💕❤

@myyesteam I am happy to return the incorrect package if/when I receive it..but it has not arrived to my PO box or my home. I did just email poshmark support to see if they can help us.

@myyesteam I did cancel my order because I have not received any package (not the correct or incorrect package) and poshmark said that have not been able to get in touch with you. If that incorrect package does come to me I will contact support for a return label.

@kwalla78 no news. I called usps they couldn't tell me anything. I don't know if it didn't get scanned or it got lost. I couldnt go in person today because I had to take my friend from the airport by she lost her plane and was having a panic attack

@kwalla78 no, I got an email from poshmark. they said sometimes the packages might be backed up and not scanned or misplaced. I dont know what to do. i m hoping it got shipped and it just takes a bit to update. IM sorry for this , I have no control over it anymore because when I dropped it they didn't give me a receipt to track it. you usually just put it in down in the drop off section.
