I saw your offer on the Jordan Craig khakis. I rejected and deleted the listing because the net sale amount was 5 cents. I didn’t realize it was that low. I’m going to repost several pair of pants in same sizing as a bundle. Just an FYI.

Hi, Kyle! I’m sorry it’s taking so long for your package to arrive. I dropped it off at the post office at 1 PM on Tuesday and it sat there overnight before being processed at about 3 PM on Wednesday. The tracking says you should receive it by Friday. So sorry. The Chicago postal system is really slow!

Hello Kyle. I see from the tracking information that you still have not received your shirt. It looks like the package was sent to the International facility and just sat there for four days. They must have sent it to the international facility by mistake. Looks like it’s on it’s way to a second facility today. I will continue to monitor the tracking. I am so sorry this happened. The US Postal Service strikes out again.

@dudas22 I contacted Poshmark about this problem on Tuesday and received an email from them on Thursday. They are in the middle of overhauling their email system and said a response might therefore be delayed. But I gave Poshmark the order no. and tracking info and they are looking into it. I contacted USPS and all they did was read back the tracking info to me “in transit to next facility.” I’m afraid the package has gotten lost in the mail.

@dudas22 In the past Poshmark has refunded the sellers payment. If they do not I will send you a check for your $ loss. I’ll let you know what Poshmark decides. I’m so sorry this happened. It was a nice shirt. Thanks for your patience. I’ll keep you posted.

Hi Kyle. I got an update email from Poshmark. They think USPS may have a routing issue that’s causing the delay. They want to wait until Wed.the 14th to see if it gets delivered. If it doesn’t, they said they have a process for resolving the issue.

Kyle, I just got an email from Poshmark saying the order has stopped tracking and was likely lost by USPS. You will be getting a refund so please check your account and make sure that this happened. Again I’m so sorry the package was lost. I still hope it shows up someday in your mailbox! Pam

@dudas22 what we would prefer if you didn't get the correct item, is that it just be returned and not jump to a negative star rating if we did make a mistake we take full responsibility but should be given the opportunity to make it rite not just given a low star rating
