sistalajgurl Hello I did describe the bag and pointed out in the pictures the stain or other things. I’m sorry you feel this way if I can assist you in anyway please advise. However, I don’t smoke nor have pets and have no idea where that smell could have come from. If you like I can let you have something as a private sale. I’m aiming to please the customer and have been given my first #1 rate from you. I make sure I address that an item is Pre-loved and it’s condition. My apology😊

manypearls Hi posh friend, I just wanted to touch base with you on your order. I do not understand why you have not received it yet, I mailed it on the 26th and my other customers who were sent off on the same date have received their orders. I did notice that the post office did not start tracking it until the 28th for some reason. I wanted to make sure you have the tracking number, I am tracking it as well tracking #9405510899359507542105. I just want you to know I’m on top of it.

manypearls @lawton92 Hey posh friend, i looked it up and it shows that it is at the Dallas Texas network distribution center. I got on the USPS site and i am trying to e-mail them on it and it is not going through, I will keep trying and let you know if I find any new info. Just to be sure this is the address that I received from Poshmark for you 706 Nw 108th Ter Pembroke Pines, FL 33026

manypearls @lawton92 I will continue to investigate, I’m so sorry that happened to you, the USPS website has a glitch right now where it will not allow me to fill out the report and e-mail it, I have tried multiple times.

manypearls Hey posh friend, it took an act of congress, but I was able to talk to a live person at the USPS and opened a case they are supposed to check into it and call me back in 1-3 business days. This is the case #CA139024061 and I spoke to Lillian, I will let you know as soon as I find out more information.
