stellasmon The jeans have a tear under the pocket that wasn't pictured. :( it's not a large one but I'm nervous because it is in a spot that pulls when you sit down that it wouldn't take very much for them to rip open and become unwearable. I'm sorry, I have never filed a claim before. :(

stellasmon It's not really fair to the buyer to receive something with a rip in it that was not disclosed in the listing. I have pictures if you would like? I am very dissapointed. I really do like the jeans otherwise. Trust me, I would much rather have a pair of nice fitting jeans (which they are....just damaged) than go through this mess.
