amasquared @laciejmcnabb oh my goshI am so sorry for your loss. Please know my urgency was because I'm visually impaired and I goofed up a sale because I missed a scuff on a shoe I sold. I felt terrible about it, because If i had seen it, i would have mentioned it. Makeups are small, you know? I was worried I sent you something that I had maybe missed. I literally went over every piece with ozone to clean and like washed the outsides of the jars.
