They are a bit worn very loose and both heels are worn down a bit on the corners

As I mentioned in the description they were worn and because I wear socks with my uggs it creates a foot mark. I had only worn them a couple of times, but what do you suggest I do for you? And please tag me back when you respond so I see it

I cannot accept returns, you have to go through the site. I personally do not think they are worn too much. I wore them a few times because the seam across the foot is too tight for me. And next time tag me so I can see your response!!

All I can suggest is to go through customer support. If they deem it acceptable to be returned then I will be happy to accept them back into my closet. But if they do not allow it I would suggest reposhing it!
