@keisha108 Hi! How long ago have you purchased this item? When someone makes a purchase their money basically goes into limbo for Posh to "hold" until the item is delivered to the buyer Then the seller receives the money. Sellers usually ship between 1-3 days but we have 7 days to ship until the buyer has the option to cancel their order

@keisha108 has it been 7 or more days since you purchased? If it has and you are tired of waiting let me know if you want me to navigate you to how to cancel. Have you tried to message the seller on the listing asking what the problem is? If you do message them make sure you put an @ sign and then their name so they get a notification

@nicolette524 First thank you for your help! I offered and she expected on the 1st. I've messaged her several times she said she was going to send it. And that was 5 days ago. I really like the bag and I was trying to wait. So I guess I was trying to see how patient I should be. I also messaged her today and asked her if she needed some more time. I just don't get a response back.

@keisha108 if coarse! And yes that is completely rude of that seller! It kind of makes me angry because people like her give other sellers a bad rep. & when new customers like you have bad experiences it reflects onto the rest of us😔 My #1 rule is you don't tell someone your shipping and not do it
