ladyhawke124 @skolpakova This is my first time of having a refund, too! My guess is that PM has a process they have to go through. There's no doubt at all they'll give you a refund, and they seem to respond pretty fast, so I'd guess a day or two. Also, if you'd rather keep the shirt (for free, no charge) rather than ship it back (yes, they'll give you a no-cost shipping label) you're welcome to do that...maybe soak it in mild bleach solution. I'll just donate it anyway if it comes back.

ladyhawke124 @skolpakova Good! If you keep the shirt, maybe I'll feel a bit better! I have no idea what the stains are or how they got there as I didn't wear the shirt much, just occasionally as a layer over tanks. It was little too small, but I really liked it and bought it anyway. Be well!

ladyhawke124 Hi Lana, I received PM approval for your refund. They said they'd release your money when I received back the blouse. I could go through a further request to allow you to keep the item, but I don't know if their system is set up to do that. So in the interest of simplicity and quicker return of your money, just use the label and mail me an envelope with paper or something inside so you can keep the shirt. If that sounds okay to you, we'll do it that way?

19kathyru59 Hi! Hope you get this note. I will accept your $20 each ($40) for the pants. However, if you make the offer as a "bundle" you will only have 1 shipping charge. Otherwise, you will get charged a separate shipping charge for each item. I know this because I just went through it! I got 2 shipping charges. Let me know. I may have to delete the offers you have already made so that you can can bundle the items for $40.

19kathyru59 I sent a note to Poshmark. I honestly thought a seller needed to create the. bundle.In the meantime if you want to bundle the items and submit an offer for $40, here's what to do: in my closet, ckick on one pant, underneath the options "pay now" and "make an offer" there are 3 other options, "like", "share" and "add to bundle", click on " add to bundle". Then go back into my closet and click on the other pant, repeat the same steps (click on "add to bundle") Continued...

19kathyru59 Both items will now appear in your "bundle". Now you can click on the "Make Offer" and send . I will accept, and you will only pay one shipping charge. In the meantime, I will wrap the pants up so they are ready to ship on Monday morning. ( I believe the "buyer" has to send the bundle to the seller because it is the way "buyer" actually authorizes their intent to purchase.) Thanks so much!

19kathyru59 I sent some instructions for you to bundle the pants. I cancelled the other orders because of the postage issue. Now you can repurchase in a bundle. I also sent a message to PM, in case. 19kathyru59 @skolpakova don’t worry at all. I’m going to try to bundle them. If that doesn’t work, I still have that message in to PM. We will get there! Their system isn’t fail safe either. It can be confusing at times. I just went through the same thing.
