reginacervantes Hello. What is your concern with the Kipling bag and charm? I am at a loss at what possibly could be "not as described". Both items are brand new. One WITH tags and. One WO tags.

avantegardner @reginacervantes There are pink stains inside bag on the left side that wasn't in your picture. Box of empty raisins in side pocket with a candy wrapper. Dirt stains on bottom handle and multiple dirt and pink stains around bag. You described it as "never used" and "pristine". This was definitely a used bag and I'm not pleased.
