@lauriehill163 did I need to cancel the sale on my end for this item? I’m still seeing the item is “awaiting shipment”. I’ve never had to cancel a purchase and didn’t want to do anything that would leave a negative impact on your sale record.

@lauriehill163 I just looked at all the options, and it’s still in the grace period of which I could have time to receive the order, so it won’t let me cancel or anything. The only options are to contact support or wait until 3/20/20 when that grace period is over.

I thought I’d give it a shot last night to send Poshmark a message to cancel the sale. I explained it was a mutual decision to cancel, but I just saw they sent you a reminder to ship. So obviously they didn’t actually read the message.
