So sorry about this USPS delay. I think there were some local trucks just sitting, stalled, waiting for workers to unload packages for next destination. Crazy Covid Christmas!

@mixemup64 I know this is very slow mail right now. Your tracking number is: 9405511202061420619334. You can go to USPS tracking and put in the number to see updates. It said today ”in transit arriving late”. I signed up for text message updates. You can too. I apologize for these postal issues. It’s been over 10 days since I mailed it Monday, Nov 30. That’s crazy Covid Christmas mail! I hope the gloves arrive tomorrow!

I know it’s not your fault but it’s over 2 weeks and Christmas is fast approaching. What’s troubling to me is that there has been no change in the tracking information. If I don’t see movement in the next 2 days I am sorry but I will have to retract the offer as there is no indication if or when the item will be delivered.

@mixemup64 This is what the tracking says: Left Rochester PO Nov 30 at 7:06pm. Arrived Detroit distribution center Dec 7 at 2:40pm Dec 11. In Transit, Arriving Late Your package will arrive later than expected, but is still on its way, currently in transit to the next facility.
I’m so very sorry. Thanks for being patient. Postal Service is short-staffed, unequipped for the holiday slam of pkgs. during this pandemic. I’ll try to find a phone number for USPS lost pkgs.

I just called USPS. They are supposed to call me back in over an hour to give me additional info. Hopefully, more clarity on your pkg. will be revealed. Thx for more patience!

PO rep told me they can’t track down late pkgs. because of the overwhelming amount of them. If tracking says in transit, PO carriers are trying their best to deliver. She said they do not have enough employees to handle the ‘slam’ of pkgs, in a timely manner. Covid & Christmas!! I understand your frustration. I’m frustrated too. Being patient is all we can do right now. Thx for your understanding.

@mixemup64 Hi Laura, see my last two posts. On USPS site track my pkg., I requested to receive tracking updates thru my email. You can do the same if you wish. After typing in the tracking number, below there are requests you can make, and they’ll ask for your email.

I think you misunderstand. I don’t have a problem tracking the package. The problem is the tracking information has not changed therefore it tells me nothing. The gloves were part of gift and I am not going to need them after Monday because I am going to order something else. I understand it is not your fault but it’s not my fault either I am not inclined to wait indefinitely. There is no indication when the item will be delivered .
