@christalvirgilo Hi, I lost a number of my favorite pieces of clothing due to theft. The skirt is part of my desire to replace these items. In terms of fairness, I'd much prefer to replace the elastic, as opposed to lose the piece. I know there is extra work involved in mailing items these days, and knowingly would like to pay for item. Hopefully this helps you to understand where I 'm coming from. I hope you're able to still mail it to me within this context. Thank you, Laura
