ciprianol Hello Lauralyn! You recently purchased some Vionic sandals from me and I want to apologize the black sandals are a size 7 and not a size 8. Please let me know how you would like to proceed. I will not send either pair until I hear from you! I apologize again for this mistake!

thepurdhams @ciprianol Hi! Thank you for your message. That's too bad. I was hoping to use them for my vacation to Nashville next week. Lots of walking. If the sandals run true to size the size 7 won't work for me. In that case you should just send the gold sandals as soon as you're able. Could I still get the discount even though I will only be purchasing one pair?. -Lauralyn

thepurdhams @ciprianol The vionic shoes came quickly & in perfect condition w/ your kind note. However, they are clearly not sz 8. I ordered another pair of vionic sandals in sz 8 the same day you informed me that the black sandals were not my size. The other sandals I received are marked as size 8 & fit perfectly. Your wedges are not marked & are at least a sz 9 - same length as my daughter's sz 9 wedges. I wanted to reach out to you lso you would know why I am declining this order. -Lauralyn

ciprianol @thepurdhams thank you for letting me know! I apologize again for the inconvenience. I am a size 9 and they were small on me so because they were unmarked I assumed they were a size 8. I should have measured instead of assuming and that is a lesson learned on my end. I appreciate the honest feedback!
