hello, your shipment should be arriving today, but apparently I mixed up the labels on your order and another order. you will have to contact Posh to file a case when you get the package. so sorry about that! let me know if you'd like them after sending back the incorrect order :'(

@faded_pebbles yea just received the package that wasn’t for me. Im not sure how to notify posh mark but will look into it tonight. I do want the shoes once you get them back from the other person

@laur3020 you just need to go to the order and file a claim saying that you received the wrong item. They'll issue you a return label and it guess back to me. I'll let to know when it comes in, make a new listing and you can buy it again if you're still interested in them. I'm so sorry for the mix up!! 😢

@laur3020 it would take a couple days to review, yes. But it should say "case in review" when you go to look at the order. Go to your purchases, click on the order, go to "problems/order inquiry", and then click on "order not as described" and say you received the wrong item. That should open a case for their review 👍
