lauriecoop @gloriafh hi Gloria! I’m so sorry that has happened. I think the best way to handle it would be to click on your order on your purchases page and report a problem. It will give you the opportunity to select that the item hasn’t been delivered and poshmark should contact you. Let me know if that doesn’t work. Did you try messaging the seller?

gloriafh Yes I have to many times n no response I am sending Poshmark messages n no response somebody told me at work that from my page I can cancel my order ! But don’t know how to do it cause Poshmark is not helping either ! I hope I am doing it right ! Thanks sweetie

lauriecoop @gloriafh sorry, I think the only other way would be to report it at the poshmark support center. I have used it before and gotten a response in about 24-48 hours. I don’t have any open orders so I can’t see any other way other than those two that would maybe let you cancel it.
