Hi, I’m so sorry you were not happy with the blouse. Can you text me a photo of the strap that was broken? We have many and have never had that happen. Also it is advertised as one size. It does not say one size fits all. It’s hard to measure the chest because it is a crossover so we only put in the length. Please text a photo of the damage to 407-376-7705.
