Hi, you bought my Harry Potter Hufflepuff charm from me like a week ago, and you gave me a one star rating because you said you didn't receive the item. What do you mean you didn't receive it? I mailed the right one and it says it was delivered.

@leahaylie Hi, I'm sorry that happened. Maybe you should try contacting the mail carrier that was supposed to deliver the package, give them the tracking number, and see where it is. because I just used the address that was given to me on the shipping label
