loveatpursesite Hi Leann, In reference to the Coach Black Soho Bag, there is very slight scuffing on the lower right corner pocket and the bottom right corner of the bag, Overall it’s a Good Sturdy Bag The Leather is still soft and pliable, It Just needs a Good conditioning to bring back some of the luster ( which I would Gladly do Before shipping ) Hope info is Helpful, Thank you for asking*

loveatpursesite Hi again, Regarding the Coach Penelope Cream Satchel; it's very difficult to determine how someone else sees color, especially since every ones monitor is different, ( it shows light greyish on my I pad as well) however i think most people would agree that the bag is a True Cream, eggshell, off white or bone as opposed to having a grey cast..

loveatpursesite Thank You ! For the compliments No Sorry, the Bag has No Dust bag and bear in mind that it is a Vintage Used Bag, taking that into consideration it is in Great "used" condition showing no visiable signs of use. meaning: no stains, no rips, no tears, no smells of pets or smoke.

cna2565 @meowserlea Hello! I am home now. I would suggest you open a claim with poshmark for receiving the wrong item. Once the claim is resolved poshmark will send you a label to send the item to the correct person and the other person will do the same, speeding up the return process by sending the items to each other. I hope this helps!
