I apologize that you are not happy. I want to share with you my response to your case being opened. - I do not fraud anyone. The glasses were new, tag never removed. If the buyer is not satisfied, please allow this customer to return the item so that she may have a refund. I do not want anyone to feel like they have lost money; it is not worth it to me. I will have earned about $4 and this is not enough to make anyone unhappy. Hopefully, Poshmark can assist in doing whatever satisfies you.
