gbsessoms Hey. I’m not sure why your boots are held up in transit?! I just checked the USPS website and didn’t learn anything new. Very frustrating. I’ll try to call today or tomorrow

gbsessoms @kreeole33 okay. Spent 30 minutes on the phone with USPS today 😬. They don’t have any additional info so I opened a claim/complaint. They are supposed to contact me within two business days with an update. I’m sorry. Ive never run into this before.

gbsessoms Someone from USPS in Austin tx called me yesterday. She seems to think the package is being looped around raleigh. Perhaps the original scanner indicated a raleigh delivery address. She is calling the raleigh office today and I have her direct number. 😬😬
