Welcome to posh! Just some helpful tips: follow poshers that share your style and size to get first dibs on their items, "like" listings to get alerts on price drops & shipping discounts. Set up your own bundle discount: goto your profile page and select "my seller discount". Your discount will show up on ALL your listings under "shipping/discounts". Or, just visit my closet & I'd be happy to help U! SHARING is KEY!! When U "share" an item to your "followers"... it goes into the " FEED", where it can be seen. @katzkoz hello again, heres what happened i went to my sales, i selected thebuyer and it brought up a blue box that says enter additional info . i click on it a box comes on that says enter dob and nowhere i do have an area that says dob and this is to generate a label but it keeps showing an error about dob

@lacolby OK....just got this. I'm not home just yet....in about 2 hours.(6pm) & we'll figure it out. Don't worry. Let me know what it is your mailing and about how much weight it is. I'll be home in a little while. Don't worry. I did something worse than that. Not figuring it out. I sent the WRONG PACKAGE to different people. Talk about panic!! And.....1wanted to keep it!! Whatever..........!

oK....home.....finally!! Phew! What R U shipping that weighs more? Why R U clicking on the blue box? U dont have to give a DOB so U must be in the wrong spot. I wish I were there to show U but lets try this;
* CLICK on the SALE ( it brings up what Ur selling) U've already made a bundle, right? I think U said that.
* At the bottom of that page, it should say something like "NEED NEW SHIPPING LABEL" Click on that.
* U need to select "NEED HEAVIER WEIGHT LABEL" It goes up to 10 lbs.

@lacolby OPPS.....just got home a little while ago. I left an explanation of EXACTLY what to do on the above comment.( I forgot to put the @ sign.) Follow those instructions and let me know if that works. U can also find it in FAQ or on your page where it days "Your Guide to Poshmark". Let me know if this works for you, OK?💥👍👍

@katzkoz ok i finally got it. I changed my font size to smallest and it made the box visable to enter and sbmit si i now can download label. I was trying to figure out a way to screen shot the page or take a pic and send to you but it finally hit me to reduce the font size and it worked. By the way your closet is awesome and im sure i'll be asking more questions. Now im going to fix those frames , get more stuff listed and do some shopping lol💸

@lacolby Great!!! So, it was the font size! Phew! Good.....got that done! And, yes.....if U ever have any questions on anything....a problem....don't know how to something.....its best to ask a Posher 1st since going directly thru Posh takes a day or so for a response back. Someone will always help you. Like me! Well.....U figured it out and I would never have thought it was the font! Also, U can always email me. Its on my profile.
