Hi Lex, I left you a message on the listing you purchased and get no response…was just curious about the rating you gave? Its meant to let the seller know how to improve..I’m very confused as its a brand new ring in box (mint condition) and you mention item cleanliness as a problem 🤷🏻♀️ I’ve had thousands of reviews total 4.9 and this is the strangest without a response
