I recently read your review of the American Eagle flats that you purchased from me. I apologize for the negative experience that you had but wanted to clarify the information in the review. The shoes were in fact “never worn”. I have never and would never put flats in the washing machine. If the shoes did in fact fall apart I am not at fault. There is no reason that should have happened.

@katiedorph I am only describing what happened- prior to putting it on it looked fine however as soon as I put it on it the material on the shoe cracked. As I went about my day the shoe literally fell apart. I own several pairs of ae ballet flats and that has never happened with those shoes. However I have seen it happen when my mom put her flats in the laundry. I actually had to throw it away mid day.
The item I received was definitely not acceptable and my review indicated that.
