Hi Linda, thanks for the 4 stars but I’m wonder about the comments? Particularly seller responsiveness, I shipped same day, I wonder if I missed some communication? Also, I frequently get positive comments on the packaging, what would you like to see improved? And lastly, what else’s in the description should I have included? Thank you so much for the feedback, I truly want every buyer to be happy with what they buy from me so it really helps to hear specifics if you are not happy. Thanks!

Hello, I just saw that you updated your rating to a one star, because the item doesn’t fit you. I think that this terribly unfair, since you purchased an 8 and received an 8. If they are too big, I would suggest inserts.

Thank you Linda, I completely understand. How about you keep those, and I will extend a $15 towards any other pair in my closet? You can message me on the listing when you find a pair, then I will reduce the price before you purchase. Have you ever used orthotics in your shoes? I love them, and they will make your shoes more snug for sure. You can get them at any drugstore, and then hopefully you can wear this pair.:)))

Hello,
I saw that you gave me a one star rating for boots you did not receive yet in the mail. I’m sorry you didn’t receive them yet I reached out to poshmark support and they told me they can help you if you reach out to them for help. I would love to get this resolved so I can get the one star rating removed and so you can have your boots.
