chamsue Hi! I am very sorry to hear about the issue with the zipper on the dress. I was unaware of the issue, and had not had any problem with it previously. This is a good lesson for me to check for more than just stains or tears going forward and to make certain that the hardware is all in order as well. I hope the dress works for you in any case! <3
