itsmybirthdayco Hello Linda! I see that the package I sent to you was forwarded back to me. I have contacted support on the issue, and I will let you know as soon as I hear back from them what we can do about this. Let me know if you have any questions. The tracking number is on the order form, and you can see where the post office was at your unit to deliver but forwarded all the way back to me for some reason. itsmybirthdayco @lemassie I dont think they understood what I told them about the issue with this response, but I will email a different support rep, and let them know we need another shipping label with an updated address. I will include that info in the next support inquiry, and let you know what they tell me about the label. Rest assured you will get your package!

lemassie @bbascombe I ordered a purse from its my birthday 2 months ago. It got lost in the mail so a few days ago I requested a refund as I no longer need it. So far, no response from the seller.

itsmybirthdayco Hey Linda, your purse was re-shipped with the new tracking number from Poshmark, but just know that it was sent back to me again (twice now) even with your new address on it. I reshipped it again, but since you do not want this purse anymore, I will notifiy them again, and have them cancel the order, but you still might receive the purse as it says it is now in transit to you. 9405511202061904429923 <-- New Tracking number
