Hi Linda! I wanted to make sure that you knew that I shipped out your Vera Bradley Weekender Travel Bag the day after you placed your order. The post office, however, did not scan it I. When they received it. I am trying to track it down and get it to you as soon as I can. There isn’t much I can do at this point other that keep contacting the post office.

I will have to make a service request and if that doesn’t work then I will need to open a missing items case. I apologize for this so sincerely; I hope you understand that I did ship it timely and correctly. The post office is doing a horrible job, as soon as December started things went downhill fast. Please hang in there with me. Whenever I have an update for you I will send you the info.
