skelco11 Hey! I just added those photos of the NWT Rebecca! When I took them, I noticed a teeny tiny scratch that is barely there on one of the stones. It’s not noticeable but I wanted to point it out. It must’ve come that way when I bought it at the KS store here in Atlanta. It’s still my favorite style of any that she made-and I have about 30 Harlow’s!

But I read a few things online that said other buyers have been asked for the same info as of late. I did email them, as this seems egregious to ask for such sensitive material in the age of identity theft. Thanks for the advice! Much appreciated 😍 I like this site; I want to stay a customer!!! 🤗

skelco11 @lindseyjohns520 no problem. I’m always cautious whenever someone asks for personal info. On another note, the contractors I had at my house today worked from 8AM to 730P and I didn’t get to the post office. I’m trying to get my house ready to sell for my big move, and it’s been a nightmare. I didn’t want to just leave it for the mail carrier-I prefer to get it scanned myself. All that is to say that I will take it there first thing tomorrow morning.

It’d be irresponsible of me, and I can’t believe they’re seriously trying to use that as ID verification. I looked at the Better Business Bureau website to see if people complained, and some did. No retailer I’ve ever shopped with ever - and I am a BIG shopper!!! - has asked for that. Sigh. Love your stuff, though!!! I was eyeing those aqua opal Eloras ... 😉❤️😍🤗

I packaged it like crazy in many layers so it would arrive safe to you, therefore I recommend carefully unwrapping on a soft floor if possible, as the necklace itself is a bit heavy.
