new2youagain Hello I am sorry that you were not fully satisfied with the teeki bells. I do have dogs and I try my best to roll everything off in case hair gets on them as I’m packaging them. Also, I always store my items with fabric softener so that is the smell you are smelling. Sorry about that and hope this helps you understand a little better why. Have a blessed day!
