@lisajoy05 I am glad you received your authentic T&Co key. This key costs over $150 at Tiffany and I receive only 80% of the amount paid due to posh fees of 20%, so I received half of what it is worth. I am sorry you are disappointed. I hope in the future you will be happier with purchases from my closet. I strive to give great service and product. If there is anything I can do please let me know.

I have contacted posh support- I shipped out the lock and the ring at the same time so I might have gotten them swapped by accident. They are helping identify if the two were swapped and will help get it corrected at no cost to you. I apologize that they were swapped by accident.

On the posh approval off the listing of the locket, you can refuse the order and report a problem. The heart and the ring were accidentally switched when mailed. You should report that you received the wrong item. The buyer of the ring did in fact receive you item and had reported it. Normally what happens is posh sends the two of you a label via email and then you are able to send the wrong package to the right person and vice versa.

But they do need you to confirm that you have the ring in order for them to do this method of fixing the issue-which is much quicker than having them come back to me and then be re-sent out. Posh knows this was my mistake and I apologize to you that it occurred. I was in a hurry to get these sent out to you both and I wasn't paying close enough attention.

@adena08 there was no ring. Only a small piece of bubble wrap. Not even a box to protect the ring. Do you need pics to make a claim with post office?
