I did not send a damaged necklace, if the item is damaged u don't have to pay for it. Why would u? The pic is of the item u received but if it was damaged in transit you are suppose to contact posh so we can get a chance to fix it. By refunding your money. Don't u want a refund? Once you leave feedback then all sales are final. This is the most expensive site to sell on, they take money for buyer protection but buyers think they can't get a refund for a damaged item. That's terrible
