@lisabeebe1 hi, I’m so sorry your pkg has not arrived yet. I contacted my local usps ( they have more detailed tracking info) & they said the pkg was missent to the Roseville post office. The pkg was then sent back to the sorting facility. I have been checking everyday for a new scan. This has never happened to any of my orders before so I’m unsure how to proceed. I will contact PM customer support & let you know. Thanks so much for your patience. ♡
