lmbarber3525 Hi Volleylisa, sorry for the issue. I misunderstood your listing. I tried to cancel the item but because I didn't try within 2 hours after the purchase, I can't do it directly through the site. I have placed an email request through Poshmark to cancel. Otherwise, it will automatically cancel in a few days because it won't be shipped-- from what I understand from the auto message I received.

she120713 Hi there! I’m so sorry you had a bad experience with me. The boots were only worn once or twice and maybe the foot bed of them just stretched to my foot when they did. I didn’t notice they had because I never tried them on again. They were too big for my foot and maybe from walking in them harder, my heel had sunk into them harder.

she120713 As far as the buckle I guess I didn’t realize that either. I was thinking there were more holes in the strap to tighten it...again I didn’t even try them on anymore because I knew they were too big...so I apologize that you were not satisfied. I just wanted to take a minute and apologize because I don’t want a dissatisfied customer and I hope you are still able to wear the boots!!
