thriftkeepsell @lisamcnelley00 Hi Lisa, the bag is on its way! I wanted to let you know, I included a little baggie with some leather conditioner, it’s called Leather Lube. I just scooped out a teaspoon for you. The bag is wrapped in tissue paper, which may pull some of the shine out. I wanted to make sure you had some great conditioner, just apply a small amount with a cloth. If needed. You can also take to BV to clean as well, but they charge $100.00 to clean and condition.

lisaernst Hi Lisa. I wanted to tell you that the top was mailed, tracking info hasn’t updated yet. I am concerned. I have sold hundreds of items here and the tracking always catches up within a day. I have reported it to Poshmark. We will see if they can track it for us. Rest assured if they for some reason can not find the package, u will be issued a full refund. I guess I will have lost a piece of clothing. I don’t know it’s never happened before. Will keep u up to date. Lisa

lisaernst @lisamcnelley00 hi. Yes posh put in a trace request. We have to wait until the 21st. They said sometimes it can go all the way to the customer with showing up. So u let me know if u get anything. Or if u get something u didn’t order; not from me. They promise to fix the problem for you one way or another. Posh says the mail is super slow right now and not to fret..... so I’m just waiting too.

lisaernst Hey it’s lisa. Just wanted you to know that I have been trying to track and I see nothing. Poshmark says on the 21st they will do some thing. So I will contact them again tomorrow and see what their plan is and if they have found the package. Just wanted you to know that I haven’t forgotten and it has been on my mind and we will either find the package or you will get your money back and I am so sorry
