@divas777 I’m sorry you were disappointed by the cleanliness of the shoes. I included photos of the bottoms of them and clearly noted the “soles could use a cleaning” to avoid any unfortunate surprises on that subject. I try to provide an excellent service and am disappointed when that is not the case, so I’m sorry for that.
